The SRPD51K2 presents a confident, versatile appearance built around a stainless steel case and matching stainless steel strap. Its deep blue dial provides a rich focal point, complemented by crisp white indices and luminous details. A blue unidirectional bezel with silver-tone accents adds definition to the case design and reinforces the watch’s practical, sporty character without compromising its suitability for everyday wear.

With a 42.5 mm case diameter and a 13.4 mm thickness, the watch has a substantial presence on the wrist. The 22 mm stainless steel strap completes the coordinated look and provides a durable bracelet-style foundation for regular use.

Dial, Display & Legibility

The deep blue dial is designed for straightforward reading, using bold white indices to provide strong contrast against the dial surface. Seiko LumiBrite is applied to the hands and markers, allowing them to remain visible in low-light environments. Alongside the central time display, the watch includes a practical day-date display, adding useful everyday information while preserving the dial’s functional layout.

Automatic Movement & Performance

Inside the watch is Seiko’s 4R36 automatic movement. It is designed to operate without a battery, winding as the watch receives motion from the wearer’s wrist. The movement provides an approximately 41-hour power reserve, allowing the watch to continue running for a period when removed from the wrist, depending on its stored energy.

Case, Crystal & Water Resistance

The stainless steel case is protected by Hardlex crystal, offering a robust covering for the deep blue dial during everyday wear. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres, or 10 bar, making the SRPD51K2 suitable for recreational swimming. As with any water-resistant watch, the stated rating should be observed in accordance with the manufacturer’s intended use.
