This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through United Services and Products.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The return must be approved in advance by contacting us.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products (once accessed or downloaded)
- Certain health and personal care items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened software or video games
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day period (if accepted at our discretion)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@usandp.com and wait for approval before sending the item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- A gift certificate will be issued after the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Chargebacks and Abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension, denial of future purchases, and transaction review.
