Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours if placed by 6:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Contiguous U.S.: 3–7 business days
- Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request. Additional charges apply for rush orders placed after 6:00 PM ET.
Shipping Costs and International Orders
- Shipping costs are determined by destination and delivery timeline.
- International Orders:
- A surcharge applies to all Canadian orders to cover duties and levies.
- Additional charges may apply to other international destinations.
- Shipping fees for non-U.S. orders will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Shipment
- Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email along with a copy of your invoice.
- Please ensure your email address is provided at checkout to receive tracking updates.
Weather and Unforeseen Delays
- Please note that inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timelines. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee transit times in such cases.
Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
Returns and Exchanges
- You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- All returns must be sent with the original packing slip.
- For your protection, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and requires a signature (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or Certified U.S. Mail). Please retain tracking information until your refund has been processed.
