Finished in gunmetal grey, the BU9381 has a sleek and cohesive design from case to bracelet. The ion-plated stainless steel construction provides the case and bracelet with their distinctive dark metallic appearance, while the dial’s check-stamped pattern introduces a signature Burberry-inspired visual detail. Silver-tone hands and index hour markers stand out against the gunmetal background, creating a polished contrast and supporting clear time reading.

The black ceramic bezel adds another carefully considered layer to the design. Its unidirectional rotating construction gives the watch a functional bezel feature while complementing the darker tones of the case, dial, and bracelet.

Dial & Chronograph Display

The gunmetal check-stamped dial serves as the visual centre of the watch, with silver-tone hands and index hour markers providing the primary time display. A date display is positioned at the 4 o’clock mark for convenient access to the calendar indication without interrupting the main dial layout.

The integrated chronograph function is presented through three sub-dials. These display 60 seconds, 30 minutes, and 12 hours, allowing the watch to record elapsed-time measurements while maintaining the balanced appearance expected from a multi-function chronograph.

Case, Crystal & Movement

The 42mm case is made from gunmetal ion-plated stainless steel and is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. This crystal helps preserve the clarity and presentation of the dial during everyday use. Inside, a reliable Swiss quartz movement powers the watch, providing accurate timekeeping along with the date and chronograph functions.

Bracelet & Water Resistance

The matching gunmetal ion-plated stainless steel bracelet completes the watch’s unified appearance and is secured with a deployment clasp. The BU9381 offers water resistance to 50 metres (165 feet), supporting its suitability for everyday wear.
