Design & Styling

The watch is built around a 42 mm stainless-steel case with a thickness of 12 mm, giving it a substantial presence on the wrist without moving away from its streamlined sport-watch identity. The black dial establishes the visual foundation of the design, complemented by applied steel indexes that add definition and a refined three-dimensional detail to the display.

Stainless-steel luminous hands provide clear contrast against the black dial and add practical visibility in lower-light conditions. A date display is positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock, integrating calendar information into the dial while preserving the balanced appearance of the main display.

Chronograph Movement & Functionality

Powering the AR0527 is a Japanese-made quartz chronograph movement. Quartz technology supports precise, convenient everyday timekeeping, while the chronograph function adds timing capability to the watch’s standard hours, minutes and seconds display. Together with the integrated date indication, the movement gives this Sportivo model a practical range of functions for daily wear.

Case & Strap

The 316L stainless-steel case offers a durable foundation for the watch and is paired with a solid caseback. Measuring 42 mm by 12 mm, the case presents the bold proportions expected from a contemporary chronograph while retaining a versatile profile for casual and everyday styling.

A 24 mm black silicone strap continues the watch’s sporty aesthetic and coordinates directly with the black dial. The strap is secured with a 316L stainless-steel pin buckle, providing a straightforward fastening system and a cohesive steel detail at the wrist.

Water Resistance

The Emporio Armani AR0527 is water resistant to 50 metres, equivalent to 5 ATM. This stated resistance is part of the watch’s specifications and complements its practical everyday design.
