Overview

The Tissot Seastar 1000 Chronograph combines a bold 45.5 mm stainless steel case with a red and black graduated dial and a comprehensive quartz chronograph display. Designed with a 300-metre water-resistance rating, this Swiss Made timepiece brings together practical diving-oriented details, precise timing functions and a robust stainless steel bracelet.

Its substantial round case is paired with a unidirectional anti-clockwise rotating bezel, a screw-down crown and a solid caseback. Together with the sapphire crystal and safety-equipped folding clasp, these details give the watch a purposeful, technical character suited to an active lifestyle.

Dial & Chronograph Display

The red and black graduated dial creates a distinctive visual identity, while stainless steel luminous hands and indexes support clear reading. The layout is structured around several dedicated indications, giving the dial the detailed appearance expected of a chronograph while retaining its functional focus.

Case & Water Resistance

Measuring 45.5 mm in diameter and 12.8 mm in thickness, the round case is made from 316L stainless steel. Its strong proportions give the Seastar 1000 a confident wrist presence. The solid caseback complements the case construction, while the screw-down crown contributes to the watch’s water-oriented design.

A unidirectional anti-clockwise rotating bezel adds a dedicated diving-style element to the exterior. The watch is water resistant to 300 metres, equivalent to 30 ATM.

Movement & Battery

Powering the watch is a Swiss Made quartz ETA G10.212 movement with chronograph functionality. The movement contains four jewels and uses an EOL battery, specified as a Renata 394. In addition to standard timekeeping, it supports the watch’s 1/10-second, 60-second and 30-minute timing indications, together with the ADD and SPLIT functions.

Stainless Steel Bracelet

The 316L stainless steel bracelet measures 21 mm and completes the watch’s coordinated steel construction. It fastens with a folding clasp incorporating both a safety feature and a diver extension, offering a secure closure and the practical adjustability associated with a diving-oriented watch design.
